Certified teacher-researchers who have carried out a pedagogical transformation of their teaching offer to become peer coaches, in other words to share their experience within a community of peer educators, to lead it and to support their colleagues in transforming their teaching to make it more active and innovative.

Knowledge and Action in the Age of the Anthropocene (SAHA)
A community of committed stakeholders within the university to reflect on and implement actions contributing to a more sustainable model for educational establishments.
This working group, which is mainly made up of teacher-researchers and staff from Université Paris Cité, meets approximately every month to work on three areas: designing training courses around sustainability issues, carrying out energy audits and creating new partnerships between all the players in the university, as well as with other organisations. More broadly, the SAHA group proposes different strategies to be implemented so that the institution can contribute to providing concrete solutions to the sustainability issues.

A community of project leaders from across civil society who develop social innovation projects thanks to the support, knowledge and skills of the members of their community
Le Labo des défis is a 70-hour training programme (around three and a half months) organised into different modules such as: creativity, design, exploring personal resources and motivation, creating a prototype, the notion of impact and the art of pitching your project in front of an audience.
